Methodology
The course is carried out in e-learning through the development of the didactic units and there will be a final test in order to assess the participants which have to be attended.
Recipients
All executives in every company, enterprise and of all services both in the private and in the public field.
Executives training
The training path aims to convey to the executives ("dirigenti") the basis of a culture of safety at work apart from that of fulfilling the merely formal obligations stated by law.
The Executive training is compulsory and covers two peculiarities:
- the tasks performed by the executive within the organization;
- the specific activities that the executive performs by replacing the Employer in the application of the safety and security rules.
Aim of the course
The course aims at providing all executives with the general training that is inherent to health and safety in workplaces as stated in the European norms. It also aims at providing a major perception of the risk in its work activities.
Main Norms to refer to
This course, which is compulsory for all executives, is carried out as stated in section 37 of D. Lgs. n. 81/2008 and in the Agreement Government-Regions of 21/12/2011 and 07/07/2016.
Skills
Students must have access to the technologies used, be familiar with the use of computer devices and a good knowledge of the language (english).

Learning Assessment test
Learning is testing by interim evaluation, based on self-rating, and a final test. The test will be complete if you answer correctly at least 80% of questions. The questions, which are automatically selected by a computerized system, are different for each participant.
Certificate
Once the course is indicated as "finished" (this will happen when all the didactic units and the final test are completed and all documents are downloaded) it is possible to download a final certificate which will certify the 16 hours of e-learning training.
